Star Rewards runs from Monday to Sunday each week, and every deposit and bet you make that week will determine your Star Rewards loyalty scheme level for the following week.

- Eligibility: Opt-in and participation eligibility ("Participate") in any offers, promotions, or redeem any rewards, or benefits, or collect any prizes (collectively "The Promotion"); players must: (a) Be aged 18+; (b) Have created a valid account with true details; (c) Have that account be active; unrestricted; and identity, age, and address verified at the time of Participating and at the time of The Promotion concluding; (d) Meet any Entry or Ongoing Requirements outlined herein ("Qualification"). Players whose accounts become blocked; inactive; restricted; self-excluded; inaccessible; or otherwise ineligible to Participate in The Promotion revoke their opt-in consent and, as such, become unable to receive any credit, adjustment, benefit, reward, or prize (collectively "Prizes") from The Promotion.
- Star Rewards (the "Promotion") is available to active funded members of Nutty Bingo.
- This promotion commences Monday 28th March 2022. This is an ongoing promotion, currently without an end date. We will provide reasonable notice of when the promotion is to come to an end.
- We reserve the right to amend or remove the Promotion or any part of the promotion at any time without notice.
- You are considered to have Opted In to the Promotion upon spinning the Wheel or claiming any of the Vouchers.
- Star Rewards Level is determined based on depositing and wagering activity for the previous calendar week starting 00:00 Monday to 23:59 the previous Sunday. Times are GMT.
- To reach a Star Rewards Level you must deposit the minimum amount for that level AND you must wager the minimum amount for that level ("Spend").
- Star Rewards Level is determined by the lowest value number of your deposits or wagers for the previous week. For example, if you deposit £25 and wager £125 for the previous week, your Star Rewards Level will be Level 1 as this is based on the lowest value of the two, which is £25.
- If either your deposit value or your wagering value is less than £20 for the calendar week, you will not qualify for the Star Rewards promotion that week.
- Only wagering with real funds will count towards the wagering amount; bonus funds will not count towards your wagering amount.
- Your wagering value is calculated on bingo, scratch card, and slots wagering only. Casino table games are not valid for calculating your wagering value.
- Levels do not carry over to the following week.
- Rewards are calculated every Monday and will be added to your account before 6pm on Monday.
- All Star Rewards vouchers will be available until the following Monday.
- Should we have reason to believe a member is attempting to abuse the Promotion, we reserve the right to downgrade that members Star Rewards Level, or withhold Rewards, or close that member's account.
- Prizes on the Rewards Wheel and Superstar Wheel (the "Wheels") are varied and change regularly.
- Prizes on the Wheels can include Bonus Spins, Free Spins, Speed Vouchers, Bingo Bonus, Games Bonus, Free Bingo Tickets, Real Cash, and tangible prizes.
- All prizes on the Wheels are subject to the relevant wagering requirements as outlined below.
- Players who reach level 4 are awarded a Superstar Wheel. An additional Superstar Wheel is added for every £250 deposited and wagered during the calendar week. The maximum number of Superstar Wheels that can be granted per member per week is 5. Qualifying for a Superstar Wheel in any week means a player will also receive an additional Superstar Wheel if they qualify for Level 1, 2, or 3 during the following four weeks.
- Wheels will be available to spin for 30 days from being awarded.
- Free Spins vary week to week and spin values vary by game.
- Once players use all of their Bonus Spins, the total winning points that they have accumulated from using the Bonus Spins will be converted into a games bonus: Every 100 points = £1 in games bonus funds (subject to the maximum winning amount below).
- Bonus Spins points winnings are converted into games bonus once the full voucher has been used.
- Bonus Spins winnings are capped at £10 in games bonus funds.
- Speed Vouchers credit unlimited spins within the time allocated on the speed voucher.
- Bonus Spins and Speed Vouchers will be credited on a game chosen by us and will vary each week.
- Free tickets to Wacky Specials can only be used in the Wacky Specials room which is a 90-ball voucher game playing weekly 8pm Friday nights. Only players that have been credited with free tickets to the room can participate in the game.
- Wins from Wacky Specials are credited to your real balance and have no wagering requirements.
- Bingo Bonus Wagering Requirements: You must wager 4x the total amount of the bingo bonus funds received to fulfil the wagering requirement. Once completed, the relevant winnings will be transferred to your real money bankroll capped at £100 plus the initial bonus amount received. Until the wagering requirement is met; winnings from bingo cards purchased with bingo bonus will be credited to the bingo bonus balance. Bingo bonus is not available in all bingo rooms. Only wagers made using bingo bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.
- If you request a withdrawal from your real money bankroll before using all free spins vouchers, or, before fulfilling pending bonus wagering requirements; you will lose all bonus funds, and any remaining vouchers.
- When wagering, real money funds will always be used before bonus funds.
- Withdrawing Funds: The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to a minimum of £5. If your withdrawal request is for less than £5, the amount you have requested to withdraw will be returned to your Bankroll.
- We reserve the right to deny bonuses, if you were found taking advantage of our bonus offers or any other deceitful activity cross the sites operated by the Company.
- Players located in Northern Ireland cannot participate in this promotion.

- Any bingo bonus will be credited in bingo bonus funds to your bingo bonus bankroll.
- Real money winnings generated as a result of purchases of bingo cards will be credited to your real money bankroll. Bingo bonus winnings generated as a result of purchases of bingo cards will be credited to your bingo bonus bankroll.
- Any bingo tickets will be immediately credited into your account and be available for 7 days. Any unused tickets will be removed from your account thereafter.
- In the event there is more than one winner of a bingo jackpot, the jackpot will be shared.
- In case the bingo game will get cancelled and the player claimed the ticket, the tickets will be returned to the player, in case the voucher is not expired.
- Wins generated from bingo tickets in Wacky Specials room or the Guest List room are granted to your real money bankroll. Wins generated from bingo tickets in all other rooms are granted in bingo bonus and carry wagering requirements of x4.
- Once granted, any Free Spins or Speed Vouchers will be available for 7 days.
- Once players use all of their Free Spins or Speed Vouchers, the total winning points that they have accumulated from using the Vouchers will be converted into a games bonus: Every 100 points = £/$/€1 in games bonus funds (subject to the maximum winning amount).
- Free Spin and Speed Voucher winnings will be granted only after all of the Free Spins have been used.
- Games Bonus wagering requirements (granted from Free Spins and Speed Voucher winnings): You must wager 35x (of your winnings amount).
- Any wins from Free Spins and Speed Vouchers will be credited in games bonus funds to your games bonus bankroll.
- Only wagering with games bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.
- Games bonus funds can be played on selected Instant Games only.
- Funds won from a games bonus can be transferred to real cash up to the value of £100, plus the initial bonus amount granted.
- Wagering order: when placing a bet, real money funds will always be used before bonus funds.
- If you request a withdrawal from your real money bankroll before fulfilling the following wagering requirements you will lose all active / pending bonus funds.
